Use the tool below to diagram your circle of care.

Click within a ring to add someone to that position of care. Review the position's description to ensure the right placement. You can assign positions based on recent, short term experiences or historic, long term trends. Either approach works if you use it consistently across rings.

Clicking a name will let you change or remove it, while dragging it will let you move it within a ring or into a different one. You can highlight rings by dragging the axis marker or clicking  a ring's title.
